How can I donate furniture?
You can donate furniture by contacting us directly through our website or phone number for arrangements.
What items do you accept?
We accept gently used furniture, including sofas, loveseats, recliners, stuff chairs, dressers, nightstands, kitchen and dinning tables and chairs and some hosewares.
Is delivery available for donations?
We do not offer free pick‑up for furniture donations. After confirming which items we can accept, you will need to schedule a convenient time to drop them off.
If you're unable to drop off furniture donations yourself, we can suggest contacting veteran owned JDog Junk Removal & Hauling RI to obtain a quote for pickup and delivery to our Furniture Bank.
Please Note: JDog Junk Removal & Hauling RI is a veteran-owned, for-profit business and does not offer free pickup services for furniture donations. Their services are fee-based and include transparent pricing based on the volume and type of items being removed. What items do you not take?
We do not accept bed frames, mattresses or boxsprings, large shelving units or large china cabinets. We also don't accept food or clothing.

Donation Evaluation Process
To help us assess your furniture donation, we will ask that you please send us clear photos of each item. Include close-ups of any areas showing wear or damage. This will allow us to determine if we can accept your items and ensure they meet our standards.
Important Considerations:
Condition Standards:
We accept furniture that is in good condition, free from significant stains, tears, or structural damage. Upholstered items should be clean and free from pet hair or odors. JDog Junk Removal & Hauling
Pest-Free Assurance:
All items must be free from pests, including bed bugs and rodents.
Photographic Documentation:
When you do submit your images, please ensure they are well-lit and clearly depict the overall condition of the item, as well as any specific areas of concern.
